MEDEVAC

Information to RCC and what to send

A

-Name of vessel, flag, IMO number
-Master name and nationality
-Shipowners details
-Patients name, age, gender, personal details
-Consciousness level - Glasgow Coma scale
-Nature of illness or injury including related cause
-Medical history
-Symptons
-Information on any medications given, treatment given
-Suitability of helicopter operation or landings
-Last PoC and Next PoC
