Why do you use the 7Ps
Use the 7ps of marketing in order to create a brand identity and achieve marketing and organisational marketing objectives.
What are the 7P’s
1 = Product
2 = Price
3 = Place
4 = Promotion
5 = People
6 = Process
7 = Physical Evidence
What is product
Product - The actual goods and services provided
What is price
Price - The amount of money that is paid for a product
What is place
Place - The means of which the product is distributed to the consumer (Is it online so via delivery services or is it in store)
What is promotion

Promotion - Activities to inform and persuade potential customers
What is ‘people’
People - The representatives of a company a customer interacts with
What is ‘process’
The procedure for acquiring the product, from initial enquiry to delivering of the goods (if you went to mcdonalds and ordered a milkshake, you would receive the goods considerably quickly, but if you were to configure a lamborghini, it would take a couple of months before you would receive the goods)
What is physical evidence
The tangible elements of an organisation the customer sees (chairs, tables etc)
