  • Loss of more than one blood volume in 24 hrs.
  • 50% of total blood volume lost in 3 hours.
  • Bleeding in excess of 150ml/min

  • Request major haemorrhage pack (Contain 6units of packed red cells, 4 units of FFP and 1 pooled platelets)
