Gluteus maximus:
Innervation: Inferior gluteal nerve (branch of the sacral plexus).
Gluteus medius and Tensor fasciae latae:
Innervation: Superior gluteal nerve (branch of the sacral plexus).
Piriformis, Obturator internus, Superior gemellus, Inferior gemellus, Quadratus femoris:
Innervation: Nerve to the piriformis (branch of the sacral plexus).
Iliopsoas:
Innervation: Femoral nerve (branch of the lumbar plexus).
Sartorius, Rectus femoris, Vastus lateralis, Vastus medialis:
Innervation: Femoral nerve
Biceps femoris, Semimembranosus, Semitendinosus:
Innervation: Sciatic nerve
Adductor longus, Adductor magnus, Gracilis:
Innervation: Obturator nerve (branch of the lumbar plexus) for adductor longus and gracilis, and obturator and sciatic nerves for adductor magnus.
Tibialis anterior, Extensor digitorum longus:
Innervation: Deep fibular (peroneal) nerve (branch of the sciatic nerve).
Fibularis longus, Fibularis brevis:
innervation: Superficial fibular (peroneal) nerve (branch of the sciatic nerve).
Gastrocnemius, Soleus:
Tibial nerve (branch of the sciatic nerve).
Trapezius:
Innervation: Accessory nerve (cranial nerve XI) and branches of the cervical plexus (specifically the spinal accessory nerve).
Deltoid
Innervation: Axillary nerve (branch of the brachial plexus).
Serratus anterior:
Innervation: Long thoracic nerve (from roots of C5-C7).
Pectoralis major:
Innervation: Medial pectoral nerves (from the brachial plexus, specifically from anterior divisions of spinal nerves C5-T1).
Latissimus dorsi:
Innervation: Thoracodorsal nerve (from posterior cord of the brachial plexus).
