- Job title: needs to be clear and indicate what the person is supposed to do
- Brief summary: what is this job supposed to do
- Work activities: List of different work activities that this job would perform
- Tools and equipment used
- Job context: in what type of context will you perform your job
- Work performance: How will your performance be evaluated
- Compensation information: In which category your salary would fall
- Job competencies: Needed to perform the job well1
