What is the learning ladder from highest to lowest?
Habit, Action, Involvement, Self-interest, Awareness, Unawarness
Maslow’s hierarchy of needs 1-5?
Physiological needs, Safety needs, Belongingness and love, Need for self-esteem, Self-actualization.
Define unawareness:
The learner has incomplete or inaccurate information
Define Awarness:
Correct infromation is obtained but it does not have personal meaning for the learner.
Define Self-interest:
Learner personalizes infromation.
Define Involvement:
Old ideas are replaced by new ones; learner is motivated to act.
Define Action:
The learner tests new concepts based on perceived needs
Define Habit:
the learner begins to experience gratification and self-satisfaction; it is at this stage that behavior is modified.
