Safety and airspace regulation group ensure that civil aviation standards are set and achieved in a cost effective manner. Also responsible for planning and regulation of all UK airspace and Nav infrastructure.

Procedures for air navigation services contain operating practices and material too detailed for SARPS.
Who must implement PANs?
They are recommended for worldwide application but they may vary and require supplementary detail from place to place.
