general description of Lao zhen ( stiff neck)
A
Lao Zhen refers to symptoms of stiff neck, soreness and pain in the neck with difficult turning or limited movement on one side of the neck.

Manifestation of lao zhen
A
Stiff neck and muscular soreness and pain early in the morning, limited movement with difficult in turning from side to side. The pain may also radiate towards the shoulder and arm; headache, chills

Tongue: normal tongue coating
Pulse: moderate or slight tight pulse.

Tx principle for lao zhen
A
Eliminate wind cold and move the qi and blood. Selecting points of Du and Taiyang meridians
