A
1) Malted barley (partially germinated)
2) Heat to 65C: kill dangerous microbes
3) Add yeast
4) Yeast ferments sugar in barley, by product fermentation alcohol production
5) After fermentation, yeast removed, beer filtered, pasteurised and bottle
