●Compensation- due to nearby joints being hypermobile
●Physiological- body type- mesomorphic (higher % of muscle over body fat
●Occupations/Activities- ex… body builders/ horse back riding

A
●Compensation- due to hypermobility
●Decreased flexibility- body/occupational
●Articular adhesions- trauma, surgery, immobility (bed rest/wheelchair)
●Surgical fixation-pins, plates, screws
●pathologies/conditions- dupuytrens Contracture/ Frozen shoulder
