140-90/60-90 mmHg
etiology:

2) 1)+ enlargement of L ventricle/enlarged artery or vein in retinal fundus/ protein in urine
3) 1)+ stroke from clots in brain/ HT failure/ KID failure/ occular blood vessel bursting
