Etiology
Frightened/angered
Weak Yuan Qi

Profuse Bleeding

Derangement of Qi and Blood = Qi and Blood Syncope
Disruption of linkage of yin and yang = Phlegm/Food/Summer Heat

*History Important: Triggers, Prior attacks, stress factor/type etc.
Differentiation: SHI vs xu
EXCESS vs. Deficiency
Loud/rough breath Low Voice
Closed mouth Open mouth/palms
