Main mover, antagonist = opposite side of agonist (agonist = bicep antag = tricep)

Assisting muscle, Stabilizer = stabilize ( TVA, Rotator Cuff)

Couple relationship = synergistic, action of multiple muscles, working together to produce movement around a joint ( ex. Upper & lower traps, Serratus anterior help move scapulas upward)
