200 psi for 3 minutes

Hose for defects and couplings for leakage
What is done after the 3-minute test is complete?
Reduce pressure to zero, close discharge, open nozzles to drain
How is failed hose handled?
Rolled in reverse with male coupling out, labeled OOS, and recorded

What inspection is done after testing?
Check for cleanliness, gaskets, cuts, abrasions, and wear
How should dirty hose be cleaned?
With mild soap and water
