Hitler was an incredibly compelling speaker who was injured and angry about the end of ww1. his skills made the party gain a large following, they had their own newspaper and in 1921 he gained power as the leader

why was the triall and prison good for hitler
he used it as a chance to gain national respect and sympathy with his skillful speaking and got a much shorter sentence because of this

he decided to gain power through democracy
he set up branches of the party in all major areas
however the votes in the next election were sparse as people had a lot if faith in stressmans policies
effect of depression in 1929 on germany
a huge amount of their economy relied on the USA loans
no majority in the reistag meant that all the contrasting opinions couldnt agree on a way to combat the depression
as the third economic crisis in about a decade people lost hope in the system and began to reach or more radical solutions

how did communism fear help hitler in 29-33
after the fairly recent spartacist uprising poeple remember well the fear of being taken over by communism
the 1917 disaster of the russian revolution was fresh and nearby
hitler was not only the political oposite of communusm as a far right leader but he wold make displays of sending his SA to fight them publically
the rich and in power absolutely feared communism and would do anything to prevent it

he had strong unwavering values
he was a very charismatic liked speaker
he had disapline and a well trsined force while other parties were very uncertain
how did the anger over the gov help hitler
it was clear that the unstable manner of the democracy wasnt working so people turned to radicals
two chancellors with no charisma or opinion had come and gone
many didnt actually back hiters ideas but needed that sense of patriotism and certainty that prioritises germanies success
how did nazi tactics help hitler gain power
he spoke across the country to stay in touch
he used modern devices like radios and planes to show he was future facing
he used mass propaganda such as scapegoating the Jews and portraying himself as the saviour of Germany
he recruited youths to join his groups and included them in griup trips

in july hitler runs and looses against hindenburg for chancellor but looses, however he becomes the largest party
in november he is still not chancellor but the chancellors , von papens, party has not at all enough support to continue

Hitler was made chanceller which was a win as he had power but vunerable as he knew people had come and gone in the job fast
