How does health link to fitness?
E.G. A sportsman it means being in the right emotional, psychological, physical and social shape to be able to do what your sport requires of you
Exercise
Exercise is an activity that requires physical effort
Importance of exercise to health.
Exercise is important for health because it keeps your body in good shape, therefore helping you in your sport, but also helps you feel better about yourself through serotonin levels

Process is the action or process of doing something

Agility
The ability to change position and direction whilst controlling the body at speed
Balance
The ability to keep the body stable while at rest or on the move
Two types of balance
Static balance is keeping the body balanced whilst stable e.g. Handstand
Dynamic balance is maintaining a controlled stable position whilst moving e.g. Sliding at the foul line in bowling

Power
Power is the ability to undertake strength performances quickly
Reaction time
The time between a stimulus and a movement in response to it
Speed
Speed is the rate at which an individual can perform a movement or cover a distance
