A
I - confined to uterus (a=<50% of myometrium, b=>50% of myometrium)
II - invades cervix
III - local and/or regional tumour spread
IVA - invades bladder or bowel mucosa
IVB - distant mets

A
1a - one ovary
1b - 2 ovaries
1c - ovarian surface/rupture/surgical spill
2a - uterus or fallopian tube
2b - extension to other pelvic intraperitoneal organs
3 - lymph node or peritoneal metastasis
4 - distant metastasis

Cervical cancer stages
A
1 - tumours confined to cervix 2 - upper 2/3rds of vagina or parametrium 3 - lower third of vagina or pelvic wall 4a - bladder or rectum 4b - distant metastasis
