children 6 mos- 14 years old. median age 2 yo.(90%) of cases occuring before age of 4 yo.

dx criteria
A
GCS- MASD
- monomorphous flat topped pink brown papules or papulovesicles of 1-10 mm in diameter
- any three or all four siyes involved - face buttocks forearms and extensor legs.
- symmetry
- Duration of atleast 10 days.
Negative clinical feat:
- extensive truncal lesions.
- Scaly lesions.
