Where do you find psammoma bodies?
A
Any papillary lesion
Meningioma
Mesothelioma
Adenocarcinoma of the lung

Storiform fibrosis
Characterized by a “cartwheel” appearance of arranged fibroblasts and inflammatory cells
Associated with IgG4 disease in various parts of the body
Stain for IgG4 to see the IgG4+ plasma cells to confirm.

Hematoidin crystal within a macrophage

Lipofuscin
A product of simple cellular wear-and-tear, and so are commonly seen in long-lived cells with low turnover on autopsy. As such they are common in cardiac muscle.
Malnourishment may also contribute to lipofuscin production.
Note: It’s not really fuscia. More of a yellow-brown.
