Females can’t reach the top jobs or promotions
Concrete ceiling
The labour market is much tougher than the glass ceiling for women who struggle to even get middle management positions

Unwelcome sexual advances or comments verbally/physically

Secondary labour market is insecure low skilled and low paid mainly occupied by women
