Governor of Virginia; – wants to make Virginia the powerhouse of North America. By getting 51% of the Ohio Valley Company then Robert becomes CEO/ gain corporate takeover of the company and Virginia can be the biggest and most natural resource. In 1754 he is currently at 48%.

Washington has to sign a letter written in French and within weeks the letter appeared in newspapers all over the world. He took it back to Fort Duquesne then to Quebec and it was translated to English and then sent to the 13 colonies. 13 colonies reproduce the letter. The letter said “Washington, Dinwiddie, and King George the second of England all conspired to kill Jumonville.” As result of the signature France declares war against England.

What did William Pitt do?
He finds out all the British generals and admirals got ranks because they had family members in Parliament who pulled strings to get their children a high rank in military for social prestige. Once he changed the rules, all generals and admirals were fired, and William Pitt changed command structure and then England started winning.
