How are these managed?

A

Galeazzi - fractured radius w/ dislocated ulna at distal radio-ulnar joint

Monteggia - fractured ulna w/ dislocated radius at radioulnar joint

GlaeaZZi - Z thumb deformity - Z = radial fracture

A

Isolated ulna fracture
(imagine how you would raise your arm to defend yourself from getting hit)

Usually conservatively - rarely ORIF
