Originates on medial epicondyle of humerus. Inserts on radial carpals. Flexes wrist, radially deviates.
Flexor carpi ulnaris
Originates on medial epicondyle of humerus. Inserts on pisiform and hook of hamate. Flexes wrist, ulnar deviation
Pronator teres
Originates on medial epicondyle. Inserts on lateral radius. Pronates.
Flexor digitorum superficialis
Originates on the medial epicondyle and coronoid process. Inserts on middle phalanges of metacarpals 2-5.
Palmaris longus
Originates on medial epicondyle. Inserts on palmar aponeurosis. Flexes wrist.
Thenar muscles
Thumb side.
Opponens pollicis, abductor pollicis brevis, flexor pollicis brevis
Opponens pollicis
Originates on trapezium. Inserts on 1st metacarpal. Opposes thumb (rotates 1st metacarpal over)
Abductor pollicis
Originates on scaphoid and trapezium. Inserts on proximal phalanx of thumb. Abducts thumb (Raises ventrally)
flexor pollicis brevis
Originates on capitate and trapezium. Inserts on proximal phalanx of thumb. Flexes thumb (Raises laterally)

Pinky Side
Opponens digiti minimi, Abductor digiti minimi, Flexor digiti minimi brevis
Opponens digiti minimi
Originates on hook of hamate, inserts on 5th metacarpal. Draws metacarpal in palmar direction (Opposition).
Abductor digiti minimi
Originates on pisiform bone. Inserts on 5th proximal phalanx. Abducts and flexes MCP joint of middle finger.
Flexor digiti minimi brevis
Originates on hook of hamate, flexor retinaculum. Inserts on 5th proximal phalanx. Flexes MCP joint of little finger.
Radial a.
Artery that runs on lateral side of arm. Branch of brachial artery.
Ulnar a.
Artery that runs down the medial side of arm. Branch of brachial artery.
