The ridge on the posterior side of the femur that runs the length of the femur

The medial large rounded protrusion on the distal part of the femur
lateral condyle
The lateral large rounded protrusion on the distal part of the femur

The medial surface above the medial condyle
lateral epicondyle
The lateral surface above the lateral condyle
patellar surface
The surface on the anterior distal portion of the femur between the two condyles
