Fluorescein test

1. Hand hygiene! Use gloves!
2. Prepare syringe with fluorescein solution (remove the plunger of the syringe, put the strip in
   the syringe, put the plunger back and fill it with saline).
3. Prepare everything so it is easy to grab them with one hand (syringe with the solution, swabs,
   saline for rinsing).
4. Drop 1–2 drops of fluorescein solution into the eye.
5. Place swabs under the eye to avoid liquid dripping into the hair.
6. Rinse the eye with saline and dry with gauze around the eyes.
