A

AR producing defective chloride channels -> defective sodium reabsorption in the thick ascending loop of Henle -> hypovolemia & activation of RAAS

A

polyhydramnios, premature delivery, severe hypokalemia, hypochloremia, and metabolic alkalosis
BUN:Cr > 20 = hypovolemia
some have hyperuricemia
