  • injury to nucleus ambiguus give ipsilateral palatal, pharyngeal and vocal cord paralysis
  • Additionally: IPSIlateral FACIAL numbness, CONTRAlateral TRUNCAL numbness.
    Ipsilateral horners syndrome. Vertigo, nausea, vomiting and occasionally hick-ups.
