What is rosai-Dorfman disease and how does it present intracranially?
A
A rare idiopathic non-neoplastic histioproliferative disease characteristic of massive painless cervical lymphadenopathy, fever and weightloss.
If manifesting in CNS, massive lesions suggestive of a meningioma is usually seen on MRI.

What is Mollarets meningitis?
A
A rare disease characterized by recurrent episodes of aspetic lymphocytic meningitis that is self limiting. Most often connected to HSV-2. It might also occur after ruptured epidermoid cysts.
