What is “Function” in different subcultures?
Execution of functions, (The way different jobs are done by different subcultures)
What is “Geography” in different subcultures?
People who work in a corporation, in a different devision of company, located in different country, has sub cultures.
What is “Hierarchy” in different subcultures?
People who don’t share the same rank, often form sub cultures, like senior management.

- Differentiated

What is “Integration” in alternative OC views?
Different points of view that would be fixed (Members of large culture have consensus)
What is “Differentiated” in alternative OC views?
Differing points of view, have more weight. Cultures are differentiated if their are differences between sub cultures, but within sub cultures, people have relative consensus. (Members of the large culture has different consensus.
What is “Fragmentation” in alternative OC views?
(Dont have unity within.) sub cultures are relatively discunnected with lots of confusion and ambiguity. (Likely to be thin and precarious.) (Ex- Just because there is a consensus on issue x on Monday, does not mean there is consensus on issue Y on Tuesday)
