- During this time there were large burocracys that employees thousands of people, because of this management was a huge concern.

Dominant ideology, having to do with the relationship between business and government. Belief system that promotes the value of free enterprise, and unrestrained competition, The belief is now, that the private sector in the market place should be out dominant source of value and beliefs.
