What are the strategic review stages
A
Clearly identify the objective that the strategy is to achieve
Identify the parameters by which to measure success
Set the strategy
Break the plan down into it’s component parts (i.e. network analysis/ Ganntt chart) and set success criteria and a time frame for completion for each component
Communicate the strategy and set clear targets for functional areas to achieve
