A

ACTH- Cushings disease.
Growth hormone- Gingantism (children) and Acromegaly (adults)
Prolactin- Galactorrhea- sexual dysfunction.
TSH- Hyperthyroidism.
FSH and LH- hypogondaism and hypopituitarism.
