Zone diet:
40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat
Plate: 1/3 protein, 2/3 non starchy
fruit and vegetables, dash of MUFA
Paleo diet:

nuts and seeds (except peanuts),
eggs, meat, seafood, and oils
(high in MUFA and PUFA)
Exclude: grains, sugars, dairy
products, legumes, beans, salt,
processed food
