a straightening movement that increases the angle between two adjoining bones
abduction
movement of a limb away from the axis of the body
adduction
movement of a limb towards the axis of the body
supination
one of the kinds of rotation allowed by certain skeletal joints such as the elbow and wrist joints to turn the hand palm up or forwards
pronation
To turn or rotate (the hand or forearm) so that the palm faces down or back.
