- The time for the entry fix is within +/- 5 mins

FL220 level HEMEL
What level and by which point will TC WELIN ensure that Midlands Group/NE inbounds are descended to?

PC STAFA are to co-ordinate with TC COWLY.
TC COWLY elect not to work:
- Traffic is transferred to S27/32 who can assume the traffic has been co-ordinated with TC
TC COWLY elect to work:
- They become responsible for co-ordinating with S27/32 before the aircraft is transferred
At what level, or for what reasons, can DTY alter the published speed profile of an MTMA outbound?
- On passing FL260
- If separation may be compromised or to aid in achieving the agreed level to LUS
