They have something called the Royal Box in there. What’s that royal box? Well that’s off course where the king and the queens sit, and it’s located so that the audience can watch the royals more than the royals can watch the show.

Den kungliga dramatiska teatern alltså. Just denna byggnad stod klar 1908 men Dramatiska teatern grundades redan 1778 - av vem?! Gustav III så klart – kulturkungen! - som även grundade operan och Svenska Akademin.

Eller… Outside the main entrance you will find a small statue of August Strindberg. He is standing there because he was the first person to write a play that played inside those four walls. The name of the play was Mäster Olof.
