Avoid grapefruit, Sun exposure
Limit alcohol
Valsartan (Diovan)
HA, dizziness, angioedema
Take with food
Do not d/c
Avoid salt substitutes, alcohol, NSAIDs
Hydrochlorothiazide (Microzide)
HA, dizziness, hypotension (orthostatic hypotension)
Take in the morning with food or milk for GI upset
Avoid machinery, alcohol, NSAIDs, sunlight
Eat high vit K foods
Lorazepam (Ativan)
Drowsiness, retrograde amnesia, uncoordinated muscles
Caution operating machinery
Avoid alcohol
May be habit forming
