1-2 500ml bottles of CMPK, +- antiinflammatories
what is the difference between grass tetany and winter tetany
grass tetany has low Mg, winter tetany has mild decrease in multiple minerals and together cause the cow to go down
what is the signallment of hypocalcemia cow
1st 24 hours pp, old, dystocia, twins
what are the three main causes of spinal nerve damage
trauma, abscess, disc disease. grave prognosis
why do we care about hypocalcemia
can predispose to mastitis, metritis, decreased immune system, down cow predisp to compartment syndrome
fresh calf with a swollen head and tongue out tells us what
dystocia, could have calving paralysis. give antiinflammatories
