Tibialis Anterior
O: upper 2/3rds of the lateral surface of tibia and the interosseous membrane
I: medial side of medial cuneiform and base of the 1st metatarsal
N: Deep peroneal nerve L4, L5
A: Dorsiflexion of the ankle & inversion of the foot
Extensor Digitorum Longus
O: Upper 2/3rds of anterior surface of fibula, interosseous membrane, and lateral condyle of the tibia
I: The base of the middle and distal phalanx of the lateral 4 toes
N: Deep peroneal nerve L5, S1
A: Extension of the lateral 4 toes and dorsiflexion of the ankle.
Extensor Hallucis Longus
O: middle 1/2 of the anterior surface of the fibula and the interosseous membrane
I: the base of the distal phalanx of the great toe
N: Deep Peroneal Nerve L5, S1
A: Extension of the great toe and dorsiflexion of the ankle.
Peroneus Tertius
O: lower 1/3 of the fibula and the intermuscular septum
I: the base of the 5th metatarsal
N: Deep Peroneal Nerve L5, S1
A: Eversion and dorsiflexion of the ankle
