Adductor Magnus
O: Ischial tuberosity of the innominate bone
I: upper part of linea aspera and adductor tubercle of the femur
N: Obturator nerve L2, L3
A: Adduction of the hip. May act as a medial or lateral rotator of the hip, depending on the position of the thigh.
Adductor Longus
O: The body of the pubis of the innominate bone
I: Middle half of linea aspera of femur
N: obturator nerve L2, L3, L4
A: adduction of the thigh
Adductor Brevis
O: Lateral part of the body and inferior ramus of the pubis of the innominate bone
I: upper half of linea aspera of the femur
N: obturator nerve L2, L3, L4
A: adduction of the thigh
Gracilis
O: front of the body of the pubis, inferior pubic and ischial rami of the innominate bone
I: medial surface of the body of the tibia
N: Obturator nerve L2, L3
A: adduction of the thigh & flexion of the knee
Pectineus
O: superior ramus of the pubis, iliopubic eminence and pubic tubercle of the innominate bone
I: pectineal line of the femur
N: femoral nerve L2, L3
A: flexion and adduction of the hip
