for work, school, child care or travel
What types of documentation do HCP need for vaccines
- record of pt consent
- records of what was given + to whom: allows for FU if recall or cold chain breach
- record patient response to injection or management of AEs (liability purposes or FU)

allow for central recording of vaccines received by individuals to reduce the risk of duplication by different professions in different settings
— makes vaccination of a person more retrievable
