what are the SE’s of Spironolactone?

A

deepening of voice, gynecomastia, menstrual irregularities, testicular atrophy (due to androgen receptors)
Increased risk of gastric ulcers, HA, abdominal cramping, diarrhea

A

peaked t waves, st elevation and lead to dysrhytmias
