Give 2 indications for dialysis.
A
Hyperkalaemia resistant. Pulmonary oedema (fluid overload). Symptoms of uraemia (raised level of blood in urea) - poor appetite, vomiting, weight loss. Acidosis.

State the 3 aims of dialysis.
A
Remove excess waste. Remove excess water. Maintain electrolyte and acid balance.
