Legal agreement between parties.
Positive - obligation. Don’t usually run with the land
Negative - restriction of use (usually runs with land eg no development)
What is an easement
Legal right benefiting another eg. an easement for a drain
What is a charge?
Finance is aced against an asset as collateral.
Eh charge on plots being sold for a deferred land payment. Charge released when paid.
