effortful non-fluent speech; speech sound/articulatory errors; lack of grammar; lack of words
What are the features of semantic dementia?
impaired understanding of meaning of works; fluent but empty speech and difficulty retrieiving names
What are the common early features of lewy body dementia?
reduced attention; executive function; visuospatial skiills
What are the features of dementia with Lewy Body?
visual hallucitnation;s fluctuaing cognition (delirium-like); REM sleep behviour disorder; Parkinsonsism; positive DAT scan
