One riser and at least one mini with the long edge hitting mid back
What is the order of setup in oblique punches?
Extend your leg while holding on, place your opposite hand on the carpet, draw your leg in, then release and curl/punch around your leg
What are the rules for giving large range knee bends in LC/FU?
- Start from legs straight
- Give large range bends/taps of the floor in two counts only
- Give 4 reps holding on
- Give 4-8 more with one or both arms out
What are the rules for giving L-shaped walks?
- Need one riser and one mini
- Begin in an L-shape with soft legs
- Give 4-8 reps where students switch, hold on, curl, then option to keep arms extended
- Don’t give them in the same class as leg dancing (overworks hip flexors)
