A
- symptoms are fever and red rash
- can be fatal, need vaccination as child
- spread by inhalation of droplets from sneezes and coughs

- flu like illness
- attacks the immune system and if not properly treated can stop immune system fighting off over illnesses
- spread through body fluids

A
- plant pathogen effecting many species (tomato)
- gives a mosaic pattern on leaf
- stops photosynthesis

(Bacterial) salmonella
A
- spread by bacteria in food or food in unhygienic conditions
- uk poultry are vaccinated
- causes cramps, vomiting and diarrhoea caused by the toxins

A
- symptoms of thick yellow discharge from vagina/penis
- treated easily with antibiotic penicillin
- spread through sexual contact and contraception prevents this

(Fungal) Red black spot
A
- black spots appears on leaves which stops slows down the rate of photosynthesis
- spread through the water/wind
- can be stopped by using fungicides or removing effected leaves

(Protist) The Malarial protist
A
- pathogen which is in the life cycle of mosquitos
- causes fever, can be fatal
- controlled by preventing the breeding of the mosquito or nets to stop from being bitten
