N1- involvement of ipsilateral hilar or ipsilteral peribronchial nodes
N2- involvement of ipsilateral mediastinal or subcarinal nodes
N3- involvement of contralateral mediastinal or hilar nodes or ipsilateral or contralateral scalene or supraclavicular nodes
