A
Carcinoma of the biliary tree, can occur anywhere
Associated with PSC due to dysplasia caused by chronic inflammation

Signs and symptoms?
A
Late presentation of obstructive jaundice, RUQ pain, weight loss, fever, ascites

Investigations and findings?
A
LFTs - increased ALP, bilirubin
USS/CT/ERCP/MRCP - for diagnosis/staging

Management?
A
Palliative
Excision of biliary tree and drainage stenting

Complications?
A
5 year survival is 20-40%
