what should parents consider before sending their kids to daycare?

-many parents need to go back to work after birth of a child so they need to put them in daycare
-daycare can consist of other family looking after kid/child minders/nursery
-using family has the advantage of the child being more comfortable during 1 to 1 interaction
-child minders and nurseries have to be qualified and inspected unlike family
-daycare can be expensive so it must be beneficial

-need to check if highly qualified, low staff turnover, and can interact positively with kid
